 Technology for capturing and sharing information and events is growing rapidly and spans many mediums including the web, DVD, podcasting and tape. Yet the process of creating visual media still begins with the capturing and recording of images. We work closely with our clients to develop scripts and storyboards to ensure that the right visuals are obtained to convey their message. Odyssey has the personnel and experience to videotape in any environment, field or studio, using a variety of equipment including Glidecam V25, Spyder dolly, portable jib, teleprompter, and underwater camera housing. |
 Post production is where it all comes together. It takes a talented and intensely creative editor to bring your message to life. Odyssey’s editors use powerful state-of-the-art nonlinear editing systems to combine the individual elements to create the story. Narration, music, video footage, graphics and animation, sound effects, and titling are melded to create a polished, quality product. Odyssey maintains a digital stock footage library that is ever expanding with unique footage that can be incorporated into client projects. Odyssey also has an extensive music and sound effects library with selections appropriate for any type of project. For client convenience, Odyssey uses a web-based password-protected virtual screening room for clients to review interim and final products from any location with internet access. Odyssey also maintains digital and tape backups of each project. |
  With today’s technology, we are able to put our clients into any type of environment they desire. From a futuristic command center to a contemporary newsroom to a tropical island, Odyssey has the capability to “put you anywhere’. Odyssey’s large 1800 sq ft. studio includes a 14 ft. high and 68 ft. long chromakey green curtain, as well as a 24' ProCyc for shooting small to very large green-screen productions. Odyssey also has a portable green-screen for smaller field productions. We have the experience and knowledge to excel in green-screen productions understanding the impact of light, shadows, exposure, distance and motion tracking. Live or in post, we use several powerful compositing tools to composite our subjects in the environment of their choosing. We use stock virtual sets as well as custom-designed virtual environments and live footage to create the desired setting. |
 By videotaping your conference or event, Odyssey provides you a record of the event that can be delivered on DVD, webcast live, or archived for on-demand web streaming. Odyssey uses multiple cameras to put the viewer in the middle of the action. We capture all desired elements such as the speaker, slides, panel discussions, Q&A, and audience reaction. The content is switched live, and can be webcast or recorded direct to DVD. Titles, graphics, and music are incorporated for a polished professional product. To make it easier to view the vast amount of information presented in a conference or seminar, Odyssey can deliver your conference packaged in a custom-designed and user-friendly interactive product. Each of the speaker videos is presented in-sync with slides titles and the corresponding presenter’s slides or movies that they may show. We also include PDF versions of the speaker slides, bios, white papers, and other material as appropriate. These interactive products can be delivered via disk or easily hosted on the web. |
